The Good Stuff for the week of July 18, 2010

The "good stuff" continues! Such a great weekend at New Beginnings Church Powhatan and Chesterfield Heights, with lots of smiles, new faces, and the challenge to pursue self-control.

Self-control sounds like a tough one, doesn't it. And you know what? Many days it is! :) The good thing is...we don't go it alone! This is a "fruit of the spirit," after all. And remember...

Self control is NOT ABOUT what God does NOT want you to have...its about what God WANTS YOU TO HAVE! He wants you to have the "GOOD STUFF!"
