Well...summer is here and it is HOT! I pray that during these hot, muggy days, you are able to enjoy the comfort of AC, the refreshment of sweet iced tea, and the pleasure of a good book.

Not sure what to read? How about give the Bible a try? Many folks at NBC are reading through the Bible this year (including yours truly!) and it has been a wonderful journey...and we're almost half-way there!

Here's a challenge...try it for one week. You'll find this week's reading list below, and its a good one! First up is a letter from a man named Paul (very famous...wrote a lot of books in the Bible!), then we dive into a book from the Old Testament called 1 Kings. Check it out. Try it out. You might like it...

Don't have a Bible? No problem! Check out YouVersion online for a whole host of Bibles you can read right on your computer or smartphone. Click on this link RIGHT HERE, and tell 'em Kevin sent you! If you would like a printed Bible, give me a shout. I'd love to GIVE you one to keep!

Blessings to you all, and stay tuned for the news!
